A Weekend of Healing Frequencies

What If You Gave Yourself a Weekend to Truly Reset?
There are plenty of things we know are good for us that somehow never make it onto the calendar.
Rest is usually one of them.
We tell ourselves we'll slow down when work settles down, when the kids need us less, when the house is caught up, when life isn't quite so busy. And then six months go by and we're still waiting for that magical window when no one needs anything from us.
I know because I do it too.
But I also know how different I feel when I intentionally step away from the noise and give my nervous system some room to settle. It's one of the reasons retreats have been so meaningful to me personally, and it's what inspired me to create something I've wanted to share with you for a long time.
This February, I'm hosting A Weekend of Healing Frequencies, a three-day retreat at the Himalayan Institute in the Pocono Mountains.
And this isn't a weekend where you're going to sit in a conference room listening to me talk for eight hours.
I wouldn't want to attend that retreat either.
This is about experiencing the work.
So, What Are We Actually Going to Do?
If you've listened to the podcast or followed my work, you've heard me talk about my fascination with sound, vibration, frequency, the nervous system, and the body's energetic systems.
You've probably also seen my tuning forks.
I use them in my own life and in my practice, and I've spent years learning more about frequency-based approaches and how they can be incorporated into integrative care.
During our weekend together, you'll have an opportunity to explore several of the modalities I've been studying and using, rather than simply hearing me talk about them.
We'll experience group Biofield Tuning, and you'll receive individualized PEMF and IMAET sessions. We'll also have meditation, Hatha yoga and mindful movement, reflection, and time to simply enjoy the Himalayan Institute and its beautiful surroundings.
There is structure to the weekend, but I've intentionally left room to breathe.
If you want to journal, journal. If you need a nap, take a nap. If you want to explore the grounds, meditate, schedule a massage or Ayurvedic treatment at the wellness center, or sit and have a meaningful conversation with someone who understands why you're interested in all of this, there is room for that too.
That balance was really important to me.
I don't want you leaving Sunday feeling like you need to recover from your retreat.
You Get to Be the Receiver for a Change
This may actually be one of my favorite parts.
For three days, you don't have to plan the meals. You don't have to take care of everyone else. You don't have to decide what's next every five minutes.
Three nourishing meals are provided each day. You get to show up, eat, participate in the experiences that speak to you, and have some time where you are the person being cared for.
For those of us who spend most of our lives giving, that can feel surprisingly unfamiliar.
We talk about filling our own cup all the time. Sometimes we actually have to give ourselves the space to do it.
And You're Not Going Home Empty-Handed
I didn't want this to be one of those experiences that feels wonderful while you're there and then slowly disappears once Monday morning arrives.
Everyone attending will receive their own BioSonic tuning fork, and I'm going to teach you how I use mine as part of my personal practice so that you can continue exploring it at home.
You'll also receive A Quieter More Aligned You, the guided journal I created specifically to accompany this work, along with a personal frequency bracelet created for you and continued access to our private retreat community after the weekend ends.
I want you to leave with more than a nice memory.
I want you to have tools you can actually take into your everyday life.
Who Is This Weekend For?
You don't have to know anything about sound healing.
You don't have to understand Biofield Tuning, PEMF, or bioenergetics. You don't have to practice yoga. You don't have to meditate. And you definitely don't need to be someone who regularly attends retreats.
You just need to be curious.
Maybe you've listened to my episodes about sound and frequency and thought, I would love to actually experience that.
Maybe you've experienced some of this work in my office and want an opportunity to go deeper.
Or maybe you're simply tired and recognize that you haven't given yourself permission to truly step away in a very long time.
All of those people belong in this room.
And I'm intentionally keeping the group small because I want it to feel personal, comfortable, and connected. This isn't a giant wellness conference with hundreds of people.
Come With Someone You Love, Even If the Retreat Isn't Their Thing
We're gathering February 12 through February 14, which means we'll be there over Valentine's Day weekend.
If your partner would love the retreat too, bring them. I would love to have couples experience this together.
But if this is very much your thing and not theirs, they can still come spend the weekend at the Himalayan Institute with you without attending the retreat itself. They can enjoy the property, meals, yoga, meditation, wellness services, and their own downtime while you're participating.
I love that option because choosing something for yourself doesn't necessarily mean giving up a weekend with someone you love.
Want to Know Why I'm So Excited About This?
This week's episode of the Mindful Healing Podcast is really the story behind the retreat.
I'm sharing much more about healing frequencies, why I've become so interested in this work, the different modalities we'll experience together, and why I felt so strongly that this needed to become something more immersive than what I can offer inside a regular appointment.
So if you're reading this thinking, Jen, I need a little more information before I sign myself up for a weekend of healing frequencies, start with the podcast.
I made this episode for you.
And if you're already thinking, This sounds like exactly what I need, you can learn more about A Weekend of Healing Frequencies, including accommodations, pricing, and registration, at drjenniferhopkins.com/retreat.
The retreat is February 12–14, 2027 at the Himalayan Institute in Honesdale, Pennsylvania, and my patients and podcast listeners can use code FREQUENCY to receive $200 off when booking.
Sometimes taking care of yourself isn't about adding one more thing to your routine.
Sometimes it's giving yourself permission to step away from the routine entirely.
I would be honored to spend that weekend with you.
Wishing you love, light, and continued healing,
Dr. Hopkins
