Mindful Medicine provides holistic and wellness services intended to support general well-being. Wellness services offered through our online scheduling system do not include a medical visit or consultation with Dr. Jennifer Hopkins unless explicitly stated.

Appointment Scheduling

When scheduling an appointment, you agree to provide accurate information including your:

Mindful Medicine reserves the right to modify or cancel appointments as needed, though we will make every effort to notify you promptly.

Will I be charged for the text messages I receive?

Though Mindful Medicine will never charge you for the text messages you receive, depending on your phone plan, you may see some charges from your mobile provider. Please reach out to your wireless provider if you have questions about your text or data plan.
