To join Mindful Medicine as a patient, schedule a New Patient Consultation with Dr. Hopkins. You are welcome to book through our online scheduling page or contact the office at (607) 727-6079 to set up your appointment.

We do not accept insurance or Medicare. However, some laboratory testing performed by our lab Quest Diagnostics may be covered by your insurance plan. If you would like to submit for reimbursement, we are happy to provide a receipt for physician services.

Yes. Dr. Hopkins offers both virtual and phone visits for patients. If you live outside the state of New York, state regulations require that you establish care in person before continuing with remote appointments.

To prepare, bring any supplements or medications you’re currently taking so Dr. Hopkins can look them over. If your visit is virtual, a short questionnaire will be sent to you beforehand. All other forms are completed during your appointment.

No. You do not need to be a patient to use our Wellness Services. These therapies are available to everyone, and you can schedule them anytime through our online booking page.

No. Mindful Medicine does not treat pediatric patients. Dr. Hopkins sees adults ages 17 and older.

Mindful Medicine provides integrative and supportive care that focuses on long term wellness, root cause healing, and restoring balance. We are not a primary care or urgent care clinic, so we do ask that all patients maintain a Primary Care Physician for routine, acute, or emergency medical needs.

No. Mindful Medicine is not a concierge practice. We are an integrative practice that focuses on individualized, whole person care without membership fees or concierge program requirements.
