Cleanse with Confidence: The Right Way to Eliminate Parasites

So You Want to Cleanse. Not So Fast.
In our last episode, we talked about parasites: how common they are, what they do to your body, and why conventional medicine keeps missing them. If you have not listened yet, start there.
Now it is time to talk about what to actually do about it.
Most people do what feels logical. They go online, find a parasite cleanse, order it, and start taking it. And that is exactly where things go wrong.
A parasite cleanse is not complicated. But it has to be done in the right order. That order is everything.
Your Body Already Detoxes. We Just Need to Support It.
Your liver filters your blood. Your gut eliminates waste. Your lymphatic system clears cellular debris. Your skin sweats out toxins. Your kidneys process and flush.
A cleanse is not about forcing something unnatural. It is about clearing the pathways so your body can do what it already knows how to do, just more efficiently.
The problem is most people skip straight to killing parasites without opening those drainage channels first. That is when people feel terrible and give up.
The Rule Nobody Talks About
You must be pooping every day before you start a cleanse.
When parasites die, they release toxins. Your body has to process and eliminate all of that waste. If your drainage pathways are not open, those toxins recirculate, build up, and make you feel awful. This is called a die-off reaction, or Herxheimer reaction: headaches, fatigue, brain fog, skin breakouts, digestive upset.
Most of the time when someone tells me a cleanse made them sick, it is because their pathways were not ready.
Open These Pathways First
Liver: Hydrate. Lemon water first thing in the morning stimulates bile flow. Milk thistle, dandelion, and artichoke support liver detox pathways. Cut alcohol and sugar so your liver can focus on elimination, not processing poison.
Bowels: Non-negotiable. You must be moving your bowels daily before and during a cleanse. Magnesium is your best friend here. Citrate helps you go, glycinate supports muscles and nervous system, threonate crosses the blood-brain barrier. Play with types and doses until something works.
Lymphatic System: Move. Walk, rebound, breathe deeply into your belly. Diaphragmatic breathing literally pumps lymph through the chest cavity. Lymphatic massage is a bonus. Your lymphatic system will be working overtime during a cleanse, so help it out.
Skin and Kidneys: Sweat. Infrared sauna is one of the best tools available. Epsom salt baths work too. Drink water. Herbal teas like dandelion leaf, nettle, and parsley support the kidneys gently and effectively.
What the Cleanse Actually Looks Like
The cleanse I use in my practice is from CellCore. It is effective, targeted, and gentle enough that I use it myself.
Morning and bedtime: Two capsules each of Para 1 and Para 2 to kill the parasites.
With breakfast, lunch, and dinner: One capsule of a binder plus 10 drops of Para 3 in distilled water to grab what has been killed and flush it out.
For maintenance, five to seven days centered around the full moon every three to four months is ideal. The gravitational pull of the full moon brings parasites out more actively, making the cleanse more effective. First-timers or those with significant symptoms may need a full 30 days.
Who Needs This?
If you have pets, eat sushi or pork, have traveled internationally, or deal with any of the following, a cleanse is worth seriously considering: chronic fatigue, bloating, brain fog, disrupted sleep, skin issues, sugar cravings, IBS, SIBO, GERD, low iron or B12, mood changes, or a history of Lyme disease.
Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, those on blood thinners, or children without clinical guidance.
Protect Your Microbiome
Any significant shift in the gut can affect beneficial bacteria. Support yours with fermented foods like sauerkraut, kimchi, and kefir. Take a high-quality probiotic and rotate the strain every bottle. Space probiotics away from the herbal components of the cleanse so they are not flushed before they can work.
Your microbiome is your immune system. Keep it strong and parasites have a much harder time taking hold.
